At CNH2, our R&D+i activities are structured through the development of R&D+i projects in three main categories:
- Contract work External projects that are carried out by agreement with third party agents.
- Collaboration work External projects with external funding where CHN2 is one of many research centres and/or companies involved in their development in a joint manner.
- Strategic work. Projects intended to develop new technologies or processes, and/or to transfer technology to the industry. These are developed on the basis of current or future topics of interest for the centre, and they don’t have any external funding arranged at the outset. Should the funding may be obtained subsequently, these may become part of either the a or b categories above.
Hydrogen technology is a multiskill discipline, so the projects developed at CNH2 involve different laboratories, researchers and technology experts with diverse specialisation.
