The National Hydrogen Center is committed to promote and encourage gender equality in all areas of work related to Horizon Europe projects. We believe that gender equality is essential for the success of our projects and for the sustainable development of society in general.
To achieve this goal, our organization will follow the following principles in the development of Horizon Europe projects:
- Promotion of gender equality in all areas of project-related work, including personnel selection, decision making, project planning and results evaluation.
- Awareness raising and training in gender equality for all staff involved in Horizon Europe projects, including management, project managers, researchers and team members.
- Promotion of equal participation of men and women in all phases of the project, including personnel selection, decision making and evaluation of results.
- Identification and elimination of barriers that may prevent the equal participation of men and women in Horizon Europe projects, including discrimination, gender stereotypes and structural obstacles.
- Integration of the gender perspective in the planning, implementation and evaluation of Horizon Europe projects, to ensure that the needs and concerns of men and women are absorbed in an equitable manner.
- Collaboration with other organizations and networks to share good practices in gender equality and promote awareness and social change in this area.
- Establishment of concrete objectives and measures to promote gender equality in Horizon Europe projects, and monitoring and evaluation of results to ensure that the established objectives are achieved.
This gender equality policy is an important commitment of CNH2 in promoting gender equality in all aspects of Horizon Europe projects. We are committed to working in collaboration with other key stakeholders to achieve gender equality and promote sustainable and inclusive development in Europe.
