Tender launched for industrial warehouse adaptation works at the Spanish National Hydrogen Centre
The Spanish National Hydrogen Centre has published the tender for file COB_2026_005, concerning the adaptation works of an industrial warehouse at its facilities, in accordance with the approved construction project. This action is part of the 20KELVIN project (EQC2024-009001-P).
The purpose of this action is to adapt and bring into operation an existing industrial warehouse at the Spanish National Hydrogen Centre, which will be used for operational and research activities.
This investment, carried out under the 2024 Scientific-Technical Equipment call of the State Research Agency (AEI), under the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities (MCIU), is funded at 85% through the ERDF 2021–2027 programme. The project will be implemented with a total budget of €1,077,653.56, of which €916,005.53 will be provided through a repayable advance charged to these funds.
The estimated contract value amounts to €166,980 including VAT (€138,000 excluding taxes), and the deadline for the submission of tenders will remain open until May 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The planned execution period for the works is four months, with an estimated maximum completion date of November 3, 2026.
