CNH2 takes part in the Final Meeting of the European Project FCH2RAIL in Cologne
Our colleagues Sara Rubio and Beatriz Nieto represented the CNH2 at the final Technical Management Team (TMT) and Steering Committee (SC) meeting of the European FCH2RAIL project, held in person in Cologne, Germany.
This meeting marked the conclusion of a four-year project that brought together a leading European consortium in railway transport and hydrogen technologies. The project successfully achieved its main objective: the development of a fully functional prototype of a bimodal train powered by hydrogen and electricity.
Led by CAF, the consortium included prominent entities such as DLR, RENFE, TOYOTA MOTOR EUROPE, ADIF, IP, FAIVELEY Stemmann Technik, and CNH2 itself.
At CNH2, we are proud to have contributed to this groundbreaking initiative, which represents a major milestone in the decarbonisation of rail transport in Europe.
