Project aim
The overall aim of the project is to develop a new business model to facilitate the entry of fuel cells into the electricity market, providing flexibility to the grid through the use of hydrogen – primarily green hydrogen generated from surplus renewable energy – as an energy source. This comprehensive approach seeks to actively promote the integration of fuel cells into the electricity market, fostering the transition towards cleaner and more sustainable energy sources, whilst increasing the flexibility and reliability of the electricity grid. It also aims to lay the foundations for the widespread adoption of this technology and to contribute significantly to building a more sustainable and resilient energy future.
