CNH2 receives the IDEM Seal in recognition of its commitment to inclusion and diversity

The National Hydrogen Centre (CNH2) has been awarded the IDEM Seal, a distinction that recognises organisations as socially responsible and inclusive centres, within the framework of the Inclusion and Diversity in the Business Environment Programme (IDEM), promoted by the Fundación Salud y Comunidad (FSC) and funded by the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and Agenda 2030.

This recognition is the result of CNH2’s active participation and the satisfactory results achieved in the different actions included in the programme. These include the implementation of a diagnostic tool on equality and non-discrimination, participation in analysis meetings, and the development of awareness-raising workshops, aimed at identifying potential areas for improvement and strengthening an organisational culture based on respect, equal treatment and non-discrimination.

The IDEM programme aims to promote safer, more equal and inclusive working environments, providing organisations with tools and spaces for reflection that enable the assessment of internal perceptions, the identification of biases, and progress in the implementation of policies aligned with current regulations on equality and diversity.

The awarding of the IDEM Seal endorses the work carried out by CNH2 in this area and reinforces its commitment to equal opportunities, diversity and social responsibility, values that are embedded across its scientific, technological and organisational activities.
