The Spanish National Hydrogen Centre announces fifteen young employment positions within the “Programa Investigo”

The Spanish National Hydrogen Centre has been granted aid under the “Programa Investigo”, co-funded by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) of Castilla-La Mancha 2021–2027.

This aid will make it possible to hire fifteen young people as research, technology or support staff, with the aim of promoting research and innovation initiatives, strengthening the regional economic fabric, and retaining young talent in Castilla-La Mancha.

The “Programa Investigo”, launched in 2021 and currently regulated by Decree 32/2025, seeks to offer young people quality employment opportunities linked to R&D&I projects in institutions and companies that generate innovation, thus improving the competitiveness and standard of living of citizens.

In this way, interested young people who wish to take part in the different selection processes may access them through the CNH2 website: www.cnh2.es/empleo.

The requirements that applicants must meet are:

  • Be between 16 and 29 years of age.
  • Be unemployed and registered as job seekers in the Emplea offices of Castilla-La Mancha prior to hiring.
  • Meet the legal requirements for the type of contract to be formalised.
  • Hold the qualification corresponding to the contribution group in which they are classified (Vocational Training or University Degree, depending on the position).

Deadlines and selection process

Applications will be accepted until 7 September 2025 at 23:59 h through the website www.cnh2.es/empleo.

Funding

The grant received by CNH2 amounts to a total of €479,971.24.

The grant awarded under the framework of Decree 32/2025, intended for the recruitment of research and technology staff associated with credits linked to Fund 0900001, is co-financed through the ESF+ 2021–2027 Programme of Castilla-La Mancha, under Priority 5 (Youth employment) and Specific Objective 4.a): “Improve access to employment and activation measures for all jobseekers, and in particular for young people, especially through the implementation of the Youth Guarantee, for the long-term unemployed and disadvantaged groups in the labour market, and for inactive persons, as well as through the promotion of self-employment and the social economy,” with a maximum percentage of 85% of total eligible costs.
