CNH2 hosts the 71st executive meeting of the programme AFC TCP of the International Energy Agency, with the participation of the 18 member countries

The National Hydrogen Center represents Spain at the International EnergyAgency(IEA). The executive committee meeting of the AFC TCP (71st ExCo Meeting) was held on November 13 and 14 at CNH2.

TCPs (Technology Collaboration Programmes) are platforms that bring together companies, industries and organizations to develop innovative technologies, implement demonstration projects and prepare technical analyses. CNH2 participates in the following programs:

– Hydrogen program (Hydrogen TCP)
-Advanced Fuel Cells Technology Program ( AFC TCP), of which Emilio Nieto is vice-president.

In addition, CNH2 is part of:

– European Energy Research Alliance (EERA), within the programs “Energy Storage” and “Hydrogen and Fuel Cells”.
– Hydrogen Europe Research (HER), for which we are delegates responsible for the TC2 and TC5 technical committees.
– Various working groups of the International Association for Hydrogen Safety (HYSAFE).

The AFC TCP meeting at CNH2 not only reinforces Spain’s commitment to the development of hydrogen and fuel cell technologies, but also highlights the crucial role of CNH2 in international collaboration to advance the development of clean energy.
