{"id":30521,"date":"2025-02-14T14:20:19","date_gmt":"2025-02-14T13:20:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cnh2.es\/?p=30521"},"modified":"2025-02-19T14:21:48","modified_gmt":"2025-02-19T13:21:48","slug":"presentation-of-the-hydrogen-roadmap-of-castilla-la-mancha","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cnh2.es\/en\/2025\/02\/14\/presentation-of-the-hydrogen-roadmap-of-castilla-la-mancha\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentation of the Hydrogen Roadmap of Castilla-La Mancha"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"last-updated\">Last updated on 19 February, 2025<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>The President of Castilla-La Mancha, Emiliano Garc\u00eda-Page, and the Regional Department Responsible for Sustainable Development, Mercedes G\u00f3mez, in the Toyota Mirai provided to the CNH2.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On Friday, February 14, the presentation of the Hydrogen Roadmap of Castilla-La Mancha took place in Toledo, focusing on three main pillars:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Consolidation, promotion, and attraction of renewable hydrogen projects<\/li>\n<li>Boosting knowledge and awareness of renewable hydrogen<\/li>\n<li>Regulation and incentives for the development of the value chain<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event was attended by the President of Castilla-La Mancha, Emiliano Garc\u00eda-Page, and the Regional Department Responsible for Sustainable Development, Mercedes G\u00f3mez, who explained that &#8220;this is a coordinated agenda that will allow us to accelerate the development of the renewable hydrogen ecosystem in an orderly manner. Hydrogen is a strategic vector for Castilla-La Mancha, thanks to the region\u2019s leadership in renewable energy generation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">G\u00f3mez pointed out that &#8220;this Renewable Hydrogen Roadmap has two main visions: by 2030, with milestones we are already achieving and an investment forecast of 4.261 billion euros in such projects; and by 2050, when we need to ensure that our companies achieve zero emissions.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Other measures announced include fostering public-private collaboration and the creation of a &#8220;Renewable Hydrogen Advisory Office&#8221; to guide individuals, businesses, and institutions on the various opportunities and possibilities this renewable vector offers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Minister emphasized that &#8220;today, we are already a national and international reference for the sector, thanks to the National Hydrogen Centre,&#8221; through the promotion of &#8220;research and development in the field of renewable hydrogen, leveraging the capabilities and readiness of the CNH2.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After recalling that the most important companies in the sector &#8220;have taken Castilla-La Mancha as a reference and are serving as a beacon for others to come,&#8221; she provided examples such as the Cummins electrolyzer plant in Guadalajara and the future green steel plant by Hydnum Steel in Puertollano.
