The National Hydrogen Centre organizes within the framework of the 25th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP25) to be held in Madrid between 2 and 13 December 2019, the workshop entitled “HYDROGEN AS A KEY TOOL TO DESCARBONIZE THE SOCIETY” (Code: FNA004), which will take place at the Sectoral Action and Innovation Forum located in the Green Zone, on 10 December from 14:15 – 15:00 hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n Hydrogen will play a fundamental role in the energy transition that will take place in the following years at the global level, acting on sectors such as transport, residential and industrial. The production of hydrogen from renewable energies will enable the generation of hydrogen clean and free of greenhouse gas emissions. The workshop will address how renewable hydrogen can help to decarbonize the society, describing the different applications where it can be used.
