2007, an agreement was signed between the Ministry of Education and Science (now Ministry of Science, Innovation and University) and the Regional Government of Castilla \u2013 La Mancha for the creation of the Spanish National Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technology Testing Centre (CNH2). The consortium agreement included aspects like design, construction, equipment and operation. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-348kb4-c89fdc346c1c2ad67f48627c7255ecde\">\n.flex_column.av-348kb4-c89fdc346c1c2ad67f48627c7255ecde{\nborder-radius:0px 0px 0px 0px;\npadding:0px 0px 0px 0px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='flex_column av-348kb4-c89fdc346c1c2ad67f48627c7255ecde av_one_half  avia-builder-el-7  el_after_av_textblock  el_before_av_one_half  first flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding  column-top-margin'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-acgm0-5a71102915aabd59864369292af8789d '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>In the original agreement for the CNH2 foundation, different government and advisory bodies were established.<\/p>\n<p>According to the agreement, the highest decision-making body is the Governing Board, formed equally by the consortium administrations and with a rotating presidency for periods of two years.<\/p>\n<p>This Governing Board has underneath an Executive Committee, formed also in equal parts by both administrations that meets the necessary issues decided by the Governing Board.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-2pzieg-46e1c6354a5becc5139a2e11ae9bb8f8\">\n.flex_column.av-2pzieg-46e1c6354a5becc5139a2e11ae9bb8f8{\nborder-radius:0px 0px 0px 0px;\npadding:0px 0px 0px 0px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='flex_column av-2pzieg-46e1c6354a5becc5139a2e11ae9bb8f8 av_one_half  avia-builder-el-9  el_after_av_one_half  avia-builder-el-last  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding  column-top-margin'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-2jft28-5386cbff6be4e52dddc67f3aaa8609bc '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Both, the Governing Board and the Executive Committee have as advisory bodies, the Scientific Technical Advisory Committee, made up of scientists and representatives of national companies, as well as the Public Attorney Service and a Financial Commission.<\/p>\n<p>The CNH2 Director depends on both the Governing Board and the Executive Committee, and has a Steering Committee as advisory body.
